Common Website Issues & Troubleshooting

If you are a Chamber Member and having issues with the website, please see the common problems and solutions below. We have found that the most common issues are easily fixed.

This is usually because you are using the incorrect password. Please ensure that you enter the password you selected when you first signed up to become a member online.

If you have forgotten your password, please go through the following steps:

1. On the login page click the ‘Lost your password?’ link

2. Enter your member email address and click ‘Get new password’


3. The system will automatically send you an email where you can set up a new password. Please make a note of your new password for future logins.

This is usually because you’re not logged into the website as a member.
Please ensure that you firstly login to the website using your member email address and password.
